Orange Rotary Project Hope

Continuing with our tradition, Orange Rotary took Project Hope students Christmas shopping for their family members.  This year, 39 students shopped for 70 family members.

Twenty-two Rotarians helped the children shop for their families.  Shopping included taking the students to lunch at Watson's Restaurant in Old Towne Orange.

Project Hope provides accredited schooling for homeless children and children from families living in motels, and other migrant families.  Teaching is provided by the Orange County School Department.  Before and after school programming is provided by the Central Orange County YWCA.
