Orange Rotary Housing Development

The Orange Rotary Club is proposing to develop five senior apartments on a small piece of land that remained after a City of Orange street widening project.

It is proposed that the Orange Redevelopment Agency (ORA) will buy the land and help finance the apartments.  A construction loan is contemplated.  The Rotary Club anticipates raising the "gap funds" to complete the funding of the project.  This may amount to $150,000 to be raised through outside donations and "in kind" donations from Club members.
