Orange Rotary Community Trust Fund
The Orange Rotary Community Trust Fund was created in 1990 to allow the Rotary Club of Orange, Inc., to provide meaningful annual financial support for worthwhile charitable needs in our community.
The Trust Fund is an entity separate and independent of the Orange Rotary Club, Inc., but the primary purpose of the Trust Fund is to provide financial aid to the Rotary Club in its charitable, benevolent and community service projects.
The intention is that the principal of the Trust will constantly grow through contributions and remain undistributed. The interest earned on principal is used to aid the Rotary Club in its community service projects.
Our annual goal is to raise $6,000 for the Trust. In 1999, we raised over $8,000, and now have about $107,000 in the Fund. Also, in 1999 we awarded $1,300 in community service scholarships, $1,000 to Children's Hospital of Orange County library program, in addition to other awards through the Club.
We urge you to explore the major service projects outlined herein and hope that you will decide to help us to serve our community and the world. Donations may be sent to:
